So I’ve started a new workout plan that I’ve dubbed “The Miley Cyrus Workout Plan” and many of you have asked what it is.
WELL. Miley runs 5 miles a few times a week, does Mari Winsor’s Pilates class 5-6 times a week, and also takes her dog(s) walking. When she is traveling, she does Mari Winsor’s Lower Body Pilates DVD and Mari Winsor’s Flat Abs Pilates DVD.
Although I can’t take Mari Winsor’s Pilates class, I bought the Lower Body Pilates and Flat Abs Pilates DVDs, and I’m alternating them every day (5-6 days a week!)
I’m also running 5 miles most days of the week.
And THAT, my friends, is “The Miley Cyrus Workout”
It’s been 2 weeks, and I can really tell a difference in my body, and I’ve lost some weight. It’s amazing.
