eating: fruits and vegetables, lean protein (white meat chicken, lean steak, white fish, dairy), healthy fat (fatty fish, avocado, olive oil, coconut, nuts, eggs) and some whole grain.
eating sweets sparingly: dark chocolate, caramel, 1 cookie, 1 piece of cake, etc. MODERATION IS KEY.
avoiding: overly processed foods, foods with too much ADDED sugar (fresh fruit is healthy!), sodium, foods with little nutritional value, etc
drinking: water, tea, coffee, milk, etc.
