1. must be original

• Use a picture already in circulation and add your own quote or philosophy
• Take your own picture (i.e. your before and after, a picture of your gym, health food you made, whatever, you may block out your face

although you have the option of either reblogging or submitting a picture, you can do both to optimize chances. however, if you reblog more than once, you are DISQUALIFIED. i do not want you annoying other bloggers, please and thank you.
